Sessions and Services.

New Client Consultations - Free

You have immediate access to scheduling a free 15 minute Telephone consultation.  I will call you at the top the of our appointment time from (773)875-0928.  Consultations are for informational purposes only.  I do not provide therapy during consultations.

Dysphoria Assessments - $200

You have immediate access to scheduling a Gender Dysphoria Assessment for beginning Hormone Replacement Therapy.

When accessing the schedule please select 90791 Gender Assessment and Letter.  You will register as a new client and a link will be emailed for the video session.

Telehealth Session - $175

If you are a current or returning client, you always have access to the client portal and scheduling a session with me.  There’s no need to call or email.  My philosophy is “once a client – always a client.”

30 Minute Check In - $80

Current clients sometimes need a little support between routinely scheduled sessions, or perhaps a 30 minute check-in once or twice a month helps keep you where you want to be.

Access and Control.

Log in to your client portal to see all available sessions and reserve the one that is best for you. Your session is automatically reserved for you, and I will send you an email confirming that I’ve seen it on my calendar.

Existing clients have control over their own session schedule. There is no need to call, text, or email to reserve or change a session. 

New clients can schedule a 15 minute consultation online as well.  

Telehealth Sessions.

As a result of Covid-19, I have permanently closed my physical office.  All sessions are now conducted by phone or through Telehealth video sessions. 

Telehealth is a virtual platform incorporated into my Electronic Health Record and Client Portal. Telehealth is a product of SimplePractice.

Through audio and video over the internet, we can meet on-the-go from your desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device – it’s your choice!

Telehealth allows us to connect anywhere with secure and convenient appointments that save you time and hassle. There’s no need to deal with traffic when you can schedule and attend your appointments directly from a laptop or mobile device.

Things You Ought to know.

If you need a break on the fee, let’s talk about it when you schedule your free consultation.

I am an OUT OF NETWORK provider. To help you cover the cost of my services, I will provide you with the appropriate documentation you need to submit claims directly to your insurance carrier.  Reimbursement will be made directly to you.

Billing is automated.  The HIPAA compliant client portal is secure enough to manage electronic payments for sessions.  Payments are typically charged to the card on file the evening of a session. Occasionally, if the system is not able to process payment because of an invalid card, payment may be delayed.  

It’s rare that I have to start a session late or reschedule on late notice.  When you select your session in the client portal or we schedule it together, it’s a safe bet that it’s gonna happen on the day, at the time, and on time.
