Gender Dysphoria Assessments are $190.

IN NETWORK PLANS

BCBSIL, Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, Optum/United

When using in network plans, your cost per session is determined by your benefits. It may be a copay, a coinsurance amount, or the full contracted rate until your deductible is met. If cost is a concern, we can talk through your options so money is clear before we start, not a surprise later.

COURTESY CLAIMS

NO CLIENT SHOULD LOSE TIME ON PAPERWORK

Insurance is confusing enough. You should not have to spend your sessions worrying about forms and codes. For in network in network plans clients, we submit claims directly so you only pay your portion.

If you have out of network benefits with another plan, we provide the documentation you need to request reimbursement. Many clients receive a significant portion of their fee back once their deductible is met.
